Arlene Ford - Executive Assistant

Arlene began her career in real estate in 1998 with Vatterott Properties.  Prior to her employment with Vatterott Properties Arlene was responsible for the office at Jefferson Construction, an asphalt and concrete company in St. Louis.  Her experience with contractors and clients prepared her well for her duties of administrative assistance to the Vice President of Vatterott Properties.  Arlene is responsible for receiving and directing client maintenance requests, rental collections, data entry and customer service.

Arlene graduated from Tran World Airline Air Travel Academy in Ft. Lauderdale in 1985 with her associate’s degree.  She now lives in St. Louis with her husband and three boys keeping busy with her son’s activities, working in the yard, reading and taking trips with her family.

Linda Warner - Property Manager

Linda started her career in real estate as property manager of 62 apartments in the Eureka, Missouri with McCormack Barron and Associates. Versed in Low Income Tax Credit Properties Linda has progressed into condominium and single family association management.  Two of the properties which she managed were nominated for Property of the Year in 2000.  Linda was also nominated as Manager of the year in 2000.

Linda and her husband have two dogs and two cats and enjoy gardening, working on their home, cooking and sewing.  She and her husband are involved in the DeSoto Church of the Nazarene and enjoy teaching Sunday school and children's church.

Jesse Warner – Maintenance Supervisor

Jesse has been working in property construction and maintenance for over 18 years, including owning a home repair and painting company.  Starting with Vatterott Properties in 2001 Jesse was promoted to maintenance supervisor and is accomplished at plumbing, electric, construction, demolition, roofing and basic repair services.  As supervisor Jesse ensures the quality of all commercial and residential projects from routine repairs to complete tenant finish as well as preventative maintenance to avoid later problems.

Jesse is an active member in his church and serves as a church board member, youth minister, usher and Sunday school teacher.  He and his wife enjoy giving of their time and resting when they have a free moment.
