Partner of AIP. Initially joined American Industrial Partners in 2000. Previously served in the Investment Banking Department of J.P. Morgan & Co. Inc. from 1998 through 2000 where he worked on merger and acquisition and capital raising transactions primarily in the industrial sector. Previously served in the Investment Banking Department at Wedbush Morgan Securities. Mr. Cusumano graduated from the University of Notre Dame, South Bend, Indiana where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance with honors. He is also a CFA charterholder. Mr. Cusumano has served on the board of directors of: Bucyrus International, Inc., and Stolle Machinery Company, LLC.
