Partner of AIP. Initially joined American Industrial Partners in 1995. Managing Director in the Industrial Technology Group at American Industrial Partners since 1998. Served as Director of Corporate Planning at Sweetheart Cup Company as a member of American Industrial Partners Leaders in Manufacturing Program. His previous experience includes general management and engineering positions at Hughes Aircraft, Varian Associates and Watkins-Johnson Company. Mr. Sullivan graduated magna cum laude from Brown University where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He earned Master of Science degrees in both Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Systems Engineering and an MBA from Stanford University. Mr. Sullivan serves on the board of Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, LLC.
