Partner of AIP. Chief Financial Officer of Consoltex Holdings, Inc. from 1993 through 2005. Additionally served as Chief Operating Officer of Consoltex Holdings, Inc. from 2001 through 2005 and served as sole director of all operating subsidiaries. Employed by Price Waterhouse from 1978 to 1992 where, as senior manager, he managed the worldwide audits for several multinational businesses including Royal Bank of Canada and Alcan Aluminum Limited. Mr. Bamatter graduated from Bishop’s University with majors in Accounting and Finance in 1978 and earned his Chartered Accountancy designation in 1981.
