Vice President of AIP. Initially joined American Industrial Partners in 2004. Previously served as an associate at Capital Z Financial Services Partners, a private equity firm with approximately $1.8 billion in committed and invested capital. Prior to his employment with Capital Z Financial Services Partners, Mr. Baroyan worked in the Investment Banking Division of Citigroup Global Markets. Mr. Baroyan graduated magna cum laude from the University of Southern California where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Baroyan serves on the board of Micro-Poise Measurement Systems, LLC.
