Partner of AIP. Initially joined American Industrial Partners in 1996. Previously employed by The Blackstone Group, where he was involved in advisory and principal merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Hodgson graduated summa cum laude from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, and he received an MBA from the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration. Mr. Hodgson has served on the board of directors of Port Arthur Steam Energy LP.
